  • You are fully aware that refunds will not be provided after the payment has been made.

This policy is in compliance with the Indian Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, which allows service providers like us to set clear terms regarding the non-refundability of digital services and goods once delivered.

2. EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) Option

We understand that affordability can sometimes be a concern. To support our learners in managing their course fees, we offer an EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) option. This allows learners to pay for their courses in smaller, manageable monthly payments.

Eligibility and Process for EMI Option:

  • The EMI option is available for all learners, but eligibility criteria will apply, and it may be subject to approval by our payment gateway partner.

  • If you wish to opt for the EMI option, you must contact us before making your purchase. Our support team will guide you through the EMI process and help you choose the appropriate plan based on your preferences.

  • EMI options are subject to the approval of the payment partner. Depending on your financial profile, the approved EMI plan will be communicated to you for acceptance.

Please note that EMI approval is contingent upon the policies of the payment service providers (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal, or any financial institutions we collaborate with). We do not directly control the approval process but will assist you throughout.

3. Special Circumstances and Exceptions

While we maintain a no-refund policy, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. However, please note that refunds will not be granted under any circumstances unless required by law.

In the following cases, we may consider offering alternative solutions, though refunds will not be provided:

  • Course Delivery Issues: If the course content is not delivered as advertised or if there is an issue with accessibility that prevents you from accessing the content, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue or offer you an alternative solution, such as a replacement course or extension of course access.

  • Technical Problems: If you face any technical difficulties related to accessing course materials, please contact our technical support team. We will assist in resolving the issue promptly.

If you believe that you have a valid claim that requires our review (such as a breach of the contract, as per applicable consumer laws), please contact our support team. We will investigate the matter thoroughly and offer a resolution, which may include an alternative payment arrangement or extension, but no refunds will be issued.

4. Legal Rights and Consumer Protection

Our Refund Policy is in compliance with the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws. Under the Consumer Protection Act, digital goods and services (such as online courses) are generally considered non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased and delivered unless the product or service is defective or does not conform to the contract.
